Airco Golf Course is conveniently located in Clearwater Florida. The tree-lined fairways that are wide open and the greens are average-sized. Water hazards come into play on several holes making this a challenging course for players of all skill levels.
The course measures a modest 6,244 yards, but should not be taken lightly. Although both nines are par-35, the back side sports four par-4s in excess of 400 yards, providing a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.
This course was built on rolling terrain and is heavily wooded. The tree-lined fairways are narrow and bordered by a standard cut of rough. A difficult hole is #1, a 363-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot past a large fairway bunker on the left side of the fairway, then an approach shot to a large and slightly undulating green. The 5,442-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 64.9 and slope of 119.
Bloomingdale Golfers Club is a 'tough but fair' test of a player's ability. From the 'tiger tees' it's a 7,155 yard par 72, with a 74.4 rating that is among the most difficult in the country. Yet from the shorter blue, green, white or red tees the course provides a fun, 'members-style course' with plenty of birdie opportunities.
The 18-hole "Clearwater" course at the Clearwater Country Club facility in Clearwater, Florida features 6,231 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 69.4 and it has a slope rating of 123. Designed by Herbert Strong, the Clearwater golf course opened in 1921.
The course features lush undulating greens, tight fairways and over 85 bunkers. The beautiful layout meanders through 640 acres of protected Oaks and Cypress forests. Cypress Creek Golf Club is a championship golf course that presents challenging water hazards on fourteen of the eighteen holes. The course offers spectacular golf for all skill levels and playing abilities with our 5 sets of tees.
The 18-hole "Fox Hollow" course at the Fox Hollow Golf Club facility in Trinity, Florida features 7,138 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 75.1 and it has a slope rating of 137. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, ASGCA, the Fox Hollow golf course opened in 1994.
The Legacy Golf Club near Sarasota, Florida features a unique design incorporating majestic oak trees, towering pine trees and native grasses where the coastal wildlife abounds. This Arnold Palmer designed masterpiece cleverly incorporates fairways placed within natural preserves, greens tucked around streams and grand oak trees all woven within the natural wetlands and grasslands of this striking area of Florida.
This tight course has water hazards coming into play on eighty percent of its holes. Walking is permitted on the Championship Course during the off season only. On the Par Three Course, the terrain is flat, enabling this to be a good course for seniors to walk. Bill Amick added four new holes on the Championship Course and redesigned the others in 1986.

The 18-hole "Rocky Point" course at the Rocky Point Golf Course facility in Tampa, Florida features 6,444 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 71.7 and it has a slope rating of 122. Designed by Ron Garl, the Rocky Point golf course opened in 1924.
This golf course has a reputation for being one of the most difficult public courses in south Florida. The course hosts some Pro-Am tournaments.
Rolling Green is a par 72 layout with tree-lined fairways and large greens. The course is known throughout Sarasota for its' collection of challenging par 3 holes. Rolling Green offers four sets of tees. The course plays to nearly 6,500 yards from the back tees while the forward tees play about 5,000 yards.
The 18-hole "Schalamar Creek" course at the Schalamar Creek Golf & Country Club facility in Lakeland, Florida features 6,399 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70.7 and it has a slope rating of 129 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Ron Garl, the Schalamar Creek golf course opened in 1986.
This eighteen hole par 3 course features a very tight design. There are many scattered trees that can alter your shots. Water hazards come into play on eight holes. The small greens are undulating and their speeds are determined by the seasonal weather conditions.
The 18-hole "Tampa Bay" course at the Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club facility in San Antonio, Florida features 5,982 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 69. The course rating is 69.3 and it has a slope rating of 126. Tampa Bay golf course opened in 1997.
This course is very scenic and challenging for even the intermediate and advanced player. Water and trees come into play. Wildlife can be seen on the course, including alligators.
The Claw at USF remains one of Tampa Bay’s most challenging daily fee courses and is recognized as one of the finest layouts in the area. Our par 71 course is also one of the areas most beautiful, featuring tree lined fairways of majestic oaks, towering pines and cypress trees on Florida preservation land.
Noted golf course architect, PGA Tour professional and NBC-TV commentator Gary Koch and master architect Rick Robbins are responsible for the front nine of The Forest Course, while noted architect Ron Garl designed the back nine.
An abundance of water inspired the moniker for this course. Water comes into play on virtually every hole. This 18-hole course measures over 7,100 yards and is more like the traditional Florida course with "Champion" bermuda greens and generous driving areas.
Rated as a 4-star facility by Golf Digest Places to Play, The River Club was also honored as the 14th best golf course in Florida by Florida Sports Magazine in 1997. When it was built in 1989, it was rated by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 new courses in the country.
The Tides Golf Club, overlooking beautiful Boca Ciega Bay in Seminole, has been a favorite of visitors and locals since 1973. "The Tides" is a throwback to an era of Florida golf that is all but forgotten. The golf course, which plays from 5,596 yards at the yellow tees to 6,329 at the blues, Challenges players of every age and skill level.
Since opening in the fall of 1992, Westchase Golf Club has established itself as one of Tampa Bay's upscale golf facilities. The 6,710 yard, Par-72 Westchase course was designed by nationally known architect Lloyd Clifton. Located in northwest Tampa, it is one of the better upscale courses in the Bay area. The natural setting and the well manicured fairways and greens of this course surrounded by natural wetlands, wooden bridges and bulkheads are what set it apart.
