The Daytona Beach Golf Club has been in existence since 1921, the South Course is the original 18 holes and was designed by Donald Ross. The Tee shots are very forgiving but the approaches are demanding.

This semi-private course is extremely popular with the local citizenry because of the its challenging design. Water hazards come into play on eleven holes, and numerous sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course's design. This course is a frequent host to many north Florida PGA events.

Bordered by the Tomoka River, this beautiful 18 hole semiprivate golf course is situated among majestic oaks, red cedars, pines, and magnolias and each hole on the course is well thought out and unique. Designer Lloyd Clifton achieved his ultimate goal -- a perfect blend of natural surroundings combined with a competitive and scenic golf course layout.
